I am interested in the igg Elisa kit for enterovirus 71 and would like to get more infoabout the serotype of entervirus 71 that you used as antigen in the kit. Also,could you please let me know the efficiency of the kit. Does the kit provide cross reaction withother enteroviruses (coxsackie virus). Can I use plasma with heparin contamination withthis kit?

This kit is a qualitative kit and has no standard curve.As for the efficiency,we will send you COA soon by email.. The kit is used to detect serum.Besides, pls confirm if you typed it wrong by "plasma with heparin contamination". If it is wrong, then it should be EDTA plasma.As for the EDTA plasma, it can be detected with this kit.The kit has less cross activity with EV16 and coxsackie B.
