| Relevance | Taq DNA Polymerase is a recombinant 94 kDa DNA polymerase (deoxynucleoside-triphosphate: DNA deoxynucleotidyltransferase, EC 2.7.7.7), originally inducibly expressed in and purified from E.coli. that containing DNA polymerase I, thermostable gene. It has the same function as native Taq DNA polymerase. The enzyme has a 5 ' -3 ' DNA polymerase activity and 5 ' -3 ' exonuclease activity, but without 3 ' -5 ' exonuclease activity. The extend speed of Taq DNA polymerase is 1-2kb/min in PCR process and the final product could be directly cloned into T-Vector since it has an “A” at the 3’ end. | ||||||||

| Quality Control | The purity of enzyme is above 97%, evaluated by SDS-PAGE. It’s validated to be no exogenous nucleic acid enzymatic activity. Taking human genome DNA as template, the enzyme effectively amplifies 3.0kb DNA fragment. No obvious enzyme activity changes observed after storing at room temperature for one week. | ||||||||
